Welcome to the Refund Policy (this “Refund Policy”) of PropCents, Inc., doing business as HŌM (“HŌM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All capitalized and undefined terms contained in this Refund Policy shall have the meanings given to such terms in HŌM’s Agent Terms of Service. If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a refund under HŌM’s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Under HŌM’s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, HŌM will refund your purchase in full if you are eligible. 

To be eligible for HŌM’s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

1. You must submit a written request within thirty (30) days of purchasing access to the Services for a Subscription Period of at least one (1) year; and
2. You must have purchased an agent or team plan (enterprise deals are not eligible); and
3. You must have not received a refund under this 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, or otherwise with respect to the applicable purchase, in the past.

HŌM reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee and refund requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if you have abused the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee or any other policy of or agreement with HŌM.
